New Student Registration

Our Children's Center uses the Brightwheel Platform for registering student and communicating with parents.

Are you Registering a Fall or Summer Student

Our Children's Center uses the Brightwheel Platform for registering student and communicating with parents.

Year Round Student
Summer Student

Registering a Preschool - JK Year Round Student.

For Brand New Students and Parents:
  • Click the "Register New Toddler - Preschool Student" button below if registering a toddler or preschool student. (18 Months to 3 years)
  • Click the "Register New Junior Kindergarten Student" button below if registering a junior kindergarten student. (Must be 4 by September 1st, 2026)
  • The button will take you to the Login page for Brightwheel.
    • Choose "I Don't have an Account"
    • Next choose "Parent"
    • Create An Account on the "Sign Up" page.
    • Verify your email address via the code sent to your email
    • Add your student information
    • You will then work through the admission packet
  • Please note that the Physicians Report must be submitted via Brightwheel and must be completed within 30 days of your child’s start date. You may also submit a recent physicians report from your child’s doctor.
  • Download the Brightwheel app as it is required to check your child in and out, and for direct communication with Teachers and Staff.
For Parents Who have previously registered a student:
  • Click the "Register New Toddler - Preschool Student" button below if registering a toddler or preschool student. (18 Months to 3 years)

  • Complete the registration process for that student
